Can I see examples of your previous work?

Of course — photos of previous projects can be provided upon request. You can also visit our inspiration gallery for ideas.

Can I supply my own tiles or materials?

Yes, you are welcome to supply your own materials. However please bear in mind that materials are required on a daily basis and will need to be purchased and available upon request. If sourcing materials yourself, any delays in supply can hold up the project and add to overall costs. Materials purchased by Esatto Projects will need to be paid for as they are purchased.

Do you do a site visit before quoting?

Yes — we always recommend a site visit to ensure an accurate quote. Please note that additional charges may apply if unforeseen work arises or if changes are made to the agreed scope of work during the project.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking as soon as you have a date in mind as our diary fills up quickly. Get in touch today to check availability.

Will I be without a bathroom during renovation?

Yes, the bathroom will not be available for use during the renovation. Using a bathroom while work is in progress can compromise the quality of the installation and cause delays.

Do you protect the surrounding area during work?

Yes, the surrounding area is fully protected to minimise dust and dirt spreading and to ensure minimal disruption and damage to the rest of your home.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, supply & fit projects require a 40% deposit as materials need to be purchased in advance before work begins.

Do you require progress payments?

Yes, payments will be requested as the project progresses in line with work completed.

Do you provide a written quote?

Yes, all quotes are provided in writing. Please note that additional charges may apply if unforeseen work arises or if changes are made to the agreed scope during the project.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, Esatto Projects is fully insured for your complete peace of mind.
